Firstly i read i review online about the hotel which to put politely was pretty bad, so i was a bit apprehensive about what to expect. For anyone that stays here print out the address as the cabbies didn't know where the place was bless them! We arrived and went to reception and were greeted by such a friendly character, who i had spoke on the phone earlier to enquire if you could pay by card, which you can :-D. He expressed concern as we were slightly late which i thought nice, as many places you just get grunted at. Up the quirky stone stair case, and into a small corridor, and showed to our rooms. Which were such quality for what we paid, loverly quishy bed and a tv positioned so you could just lounge in bed :-D, nice hand held shower and an energy saving light system for the bathroom which was a BIG plus in my book. Apart from a couple of guests who must of done something wrong given the convo i could hear, this place is awesome. Cheapest place in the heart of liverpool, i must go again!!!

Stayed here in march 21-24 2009 The hotel is in the heart of liverpool Axcess to the nightlife resturants shopping within walking distance no need to spend money on taxis. the customer service was execellent and the people running the hotel were friendly and allways willing to help. The hotel rooms were very small and there were stairs to climb and no lifts. I would recomend this hotel to young and old. we had a great time staying at this hotel and cant wait to return.

I visited Liverpool for the Beatles festival in August 2008. I stayed at the Eleanor Rigby and completely enjoyed myself. Ian, was most helpful and I'm glad to say we became friends. The location is great for anyone who is a Beatles fan as it is just around the corner from Mathew St, the Cavern Club, and several other Beatles oriented pubs and shops. I'm looking forward to staying at the hotel again for my return trip in August 2009.
